No. myCompassMate can support grants, government programs, sponsorships, fundraising initiatives, service contracts and other project funding.

Do you charge based on the number of projects?

No. Funding opportunities, applications, awards and projects are unlimited.

Are claims and reporting included?

Yes. Claims, financial management, reporting, KPIs, Time & Labour, payroll/direct labour tools and dashboards are included.

How many users are included?

Each subscription includes up to 10 active users. Additional users are $15 CAD per user per month.

What happens after the Founding Organization rate ends?

The founding rate applies for the first 12 months from your subscription start date. After that, the subscription moves to the then-current standard myCompassMate rate.

Can we pay annually?

Yes. Standard annual pricing is $2,490 CAD. Founding Organizations can pay $1,990 CAD upfront for their first year.
