MYCOMPASSMATE

Subscription Terms

Terms for myCompassMate Founding Organization and Standard subscriptions.

FOUNDING ORGANIZATION PROGRAM

Founding Organization Program Terms

Effective August 19, 2026

1. Founding Organization Subscription

The myCompassMate Founding Organization Program is a limited launch subscription offered by 1974775 Ontario Ltd., operating as EllaVate Business Services.

The Founding Organization rate is available to eligible subscribing organizations while the program remains open, subject to the stated limit of the first 25 organizations or December 31, 2026, whichever comes first.

2. Founding Rate and First-Year Term

Founding Organizations may choose the monthly Founding rate of $199 CAD per month or the annual Founding rate of $1,990 CAD paid upfront for the first 12 months.

The Founding rate applies only to the organization's first 12 months of paid subscription access.

3. Transition to Standard Pricing

After the first 12 months, the subscription moves to the then-current myCompassMate Standard subscription rate unless the customer cancels before the applicable renewal.

Current Standard pricing is displayed on the myCompassMate Pricing page and may change over time. Changes that materially affect paid subscription terms will be communicated appropriately.

4. Included Founding Benefits

Founding Organizations receive access to the complete myCompassMate platform available under the Founding Organization offer, including up to 10 active users and 25 GB of document and evidence storage.

The Founding Organization Program also includes two live onboarding sessions, additional setup guidance during the first 90 days, and opportunities to provide structured product feedback.

Early access opportunities, feedback participation, customer stories, and case-study participation are optional and may vary as the platform evolves.

5. Billing and Payment

Subscription charges are processed securely through Stripe using the payment method provided by the customer.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.

6. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.

Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable and access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, reasonable attempts may be made to collect the outstanding subscription amount. Access may continue temporarily during payment retry attempts.

If the subscription is cancelled or remains unpaid, the organization may be moved to read-only access. This is intended to preserve access to organizational records while preventing further changes.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting user credentials, managing authorized users, and ensuring that data entered into myCompassMate is lawful and appropriate for their organization.

9. Data and Records

Customers retain responsibility for the information and records they enter or upload into myCompassMate.

myCompassMate is intended to support funding, project, financial, claims, reporting, document, deadline, and time and labour management. It does not replace professional legal, accounting, tax, audit, or funding-advisor advice.

10. Product Feedback and Platform Development

Founding Organizations may be invited to provide feedback about the platform. Feedback may be considered when planning future improvements, but participation does not guarantee that any requested feature, change, or enhancement will be developed.

11. Service Availability and Changes

Reasonable efforts will be made to keep myCompassMate available and operational. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, third-party service interruptions, security reasons, or events outside reasonable control.

myCompassMate may be improved, updated, expanded, or modified over time. Features may change as the platform evolves.

12. Acceptable Use

Customers may not use myCompassMate for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1974775 Ontario Ltd. and EllaVate Business Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability relating to the service will not exceed the subscription fees paid by the customer during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
